You cannot have both as it is either - or . If states accepts ayushman then they forgo arogyasri.

ayushan bharat has too many loop holes 70% of the population is not eligible(as silly as you are not eligible if you own a bike or a fridge). Not only telangana but 5 other states rejected it

Even AP rejected when CBN was the Cm, not sure what the status quo with AP is now.

as I said 70% are not eligible if you look at the eligibility criteria
