For apartments and villas it's 5% GST and 6% Registration value so total 11% in taxes. All the big builders like Aparna and My home are taking white amount only. So be prepared to pay 11% on top of the villa/apartment value..

Its straight and simple calculation. total registration charges will be 6% of the total value you are showing in the registration document. Just 6% value DD kattesthe chaalu. thats it, urike evevo calculation chesukuni confuse avvakandi

Plot is different from Apt/Villa. Apt/Villas ki mostly 11% mandatory, at least from the reputed builders..

Its 6% of total property values for plot, apartments, villas, or any residential property. Friend ga registration process motham lo vaadi tho undi help chesina. Its 6% of the total value for any residential. Urike andharini confuse cheyakandi va. GST lu, abcd lu emi levu.

yes, ventured plot, but not a very big venture. 100 plot gated community. 17k per sq yd padindi.
