Bank mistakenly gives couple $120,000

A Pennsylvania couple is facing felony theft charges after they spent $120,000 that was accidentally deposited in their bank account. After the bank mistakenly put the money in the account of Robert and Tiffany Williams, the couple bought an SUV, two four wheelers,  a camper, and a car trailer – in two and a half weeks.
They also paid their bills and gave $15,000 to friends.

Bank mistake aithe they aren't responsible to let the bank know it's not their money? Bank Mistake but that couple's not a mistake. it's deliberate act.
