Urgent help ***

Hi Guys

I need your suggestions/help regarding Form-16 in India.

I have 6 years real time experience in the USA. I have all documents including W2,Paystubs, Offer letter. After that i moved to India and did real state business around 2 years.

last month i came to HYD and took fake experience documents in a consultancy. They provided everything except form-16. Now i got a offer in an MNC with good package around 17 lakhs. The MNC is asking Form-16.  How to handle the situation? do you know anyone can provide form-16 in India (like package is 15 Lakhs)? some suggestions?
