After attacks on major oil facilities in Saudi Arabia, oil prices experienced the biggest surge since 1991, according to Reuters. President Trump announced he approved "the release of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, if needed, in a to-be-determined amount" following the drone attacks.
