University Financial Aid- eligibility

Currently doing master in NY... was looking through the Financial Aid - Federal Student Aid... are we eligible to apply for that ?

Per requirement, my parents are not citizens/GC holders in USA... m on F1 visa,, need advice..

International students are not eligible for financial aid.... You can get private students loans from banks if you have a co signee who is a GC/US citizen & with a good credit history
