H1 premium no status after 14 days..what to do?

By rule they have to give a decision or take action in 14 calendar days right? 

submitted rfe on september 6th..so 14 days clock should start on 6th i think, that makes today 14th day.

Am i missing anything?

Yeah you seem to be right. Naku eppudu 4-5 days lo approved if no rfe. 2nd day approved kuda ayindi

14 working days . Sometimes lawyer will recieve the update and you will not see a status update online

You will get decision today mostly then. It is extremely rare that they passed 15 calendar days and returned that money.  Processing fee return ayina ayina vallu kuda unnaru. Website update avvaledemo keep checking. Also, check with lawyer. All the best

Meaning of Case “Processing” Within 15 Days

naku last year 1st petition specialty occupation  rfe padi letters or documentation support from client leka malla 2nd petition vesi approved.  na 3 yrs visa amendment file cheste always 1 yr avutayi. Malla filing in few days. Lucky anta. Daridraniki care of address nenu . Decade nunchi good time kosam waiting
