1 yr aey approve ayina vallu kuda unnaru. After 2 yrs apply cheste approve 3 yrs avvachu rfe padachu or malla 1 yr approval aey kuda ravachu. We cant tell ahead no ? It depends on documentation/dates in letter/ofcourse mood of VO anthe.

Mi letter is valid till this date ani unte matuku ah date varakey vastundi.

Na 3 yrs visa amendment file chesinappudalla 1 yr aey ayindi . Happened thrice.

check ur MSA/SOW/PO end date entha varaku unte anthe isthadu ... if you don't have(hav3e) I 140  does't matter ...

companies ki kuda headache kada, so vallu sponsorships cheyyakunda discouraging. 

Naaku bhi 2 yrs ichadu. FT same boat as you.

but naaaadhi FT and this is 4th time Im applying H1b and every time its for 3 years... eee sari matraaame 2 yrs.. maa vaaalu 2yrs a kavaaali ani matram chepparuu USCIS ki....andhukante work ala undhii..

 

can  USCIS correct it if attorney requests ?
