Govt negligence valla ilanti accidents jarugayi. 

Boat chaala deep ki vellindi ee incident. Central agencies, utharakhand nunchi special teams valla kooda kavadam ledhu.

I agree it is government failure to allow that boat to run in such conditions. Action needs to be taken on officials.  

But not anyone's fault for not able to recover bodies. Even deep divers can't go-to such depth in flowing water.
