Hyderabad Metro : Woman dies after concrete of Hyderabad Metro rail falls on her

A 26-year-old woman died after a concrete slab, which peeled  off Ameerpet station of Hyderabad Metro Rail, fell on her on  her on Sunday afternoon.
Police said the incident took place while she and a few others were taking shelter from rain underneath Ameerpet Metro station. The incident took place around 3pm.The victim was identified as Monika, a resident of KPHB phase 3. Her husband is a software engineer in TCS.The concrete slab fell directly on the woman's head causing grievous injury leading to her death.
