Back then she moved to her parents' house and sat for a Dharna in front of in-laws house, asking them to give custody of the children. Back then the Judge's family has alleged that there is no truth in the daughter in law's complaint and dubbed her as a mentally unstable person. However, after looking forward for four months to see law enforcement agencies take action, Shruti Sharma got frustrated; After her husband sent a divorce notice, she has now leaked the CC footage of the alleged thrashing incident where Nooty Ramamohana Rao, his wife and their son thrashing Shruti. The CC TV footage clearly shows the incident that happened on that night, and how Rammohana Rao has beaten his Kodalu badly. After the incident, they have admitted Shruti in Apollo Hospital, where the doctors confirmed in a later report that she was badly thrashed. But Judge Nooty's family claimed innocence then. With such documentary evidence turning up now, police are getting ready to lodge furthermore cases under other sections of domestic abuse, outraging the modesty of a woman and else. Ramamohana Rao retired as a judge in August 2017 after working in Hyderabad high court and later at Madras HC. Quote
