According to court documents released on Monday, a 24-year-old US Army soldier was charged by the FBI for allegedly sending bomb-making instructions to other self-described "radicals." The targets of the attacks ranged from a major news network to anti-fascist protesters, as well as Democratic presidential candidate Beto O'Rourke.
