I get that but no matter how much you plan it's imposisble to spearhead something like smooth travel with huge crowd. Planned cities in Singapore they couldn't achieve a feat like this.

Yeah, it depends on demand and supply. Enta investment expect chestunnamu, enta growth untundi annadi expect cheyyali for the next 50 years or so. That's what they teach in Urban planning.
