The best solution to this issue is not to scrap the per country cap, or to increase the number of green cards, as some have argued, but to enact a merit-based system for awarding employment green cards that rewards the most qualified, talented, and likely to succeed, regardless of their country of origin.

Uncles in 40s or Youth in 28s to 30s..all look for easy route. 

Merit Based system petti...Already in Line uncles ki some extra points icchi..make it a Merit Based system. As this issue does not impact the USA citizens...the politicians dont care much. But high time..it needs to be updated. Right or Wrong..take some decision.

Kadu kudaradu ante H1 thaginchatamo leda motham change cheyyatamo chestharu thatha next term ragane adi matram pakka. Merit based system lo No DACA so adi kuda dead already. So same music continues.
