But the said village volunteers are being paid from October 1st and are on public payrolls...most of them received appointment letters only last week... Seems to be clear case of yellow manipulation like they always did.. Quote

'ఇంట్లో మగాళ్లు లేనప్పుడు.. ఆడవాళ్లు మాత్రమే ఉన్నప్పుడు తలుపులు కొడతారు..' అంటూ చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు వెకిలి నవ్వుతో వ్యాఖ్యానించడం ఏ మాత్రం ఆమోదనీయంగా లేదని పరిశీలకులు వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తున్నారు. చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు మాటల్లో ఎంతసేపూ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని విమర్శించాలి అనే ప్రయత్నమే ఉంది. ఆ ప్రయత్నం కూడా రొటీనే కావొచ్చు. అయితే వెకిలి మాటలకు కూడా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు వెనుకాడకపోవడం ఆయన మానసిక పరిస్థితిని తెలియజేస్తోందని విశ్లేషకులు వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తున్నారు. గ్రామ వాలంటీర్ వ్యవస్థ గురించి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు తెలుసుకోవాల్సిన విషయం కూడా మరోటి ఉంది. అదేమిటంటే.. ఏపీలో ఇప్పుడు విధుల్లో ఉన్న గ్రామ వాలంటీర్లలో మెజారిటీ మంది మహిళలు. బహుశా దేశంలో మరే వ్యవస్థలోనూ ఆ స్థాయిలో మహిళల శాతం లేదు. 2,48,608 మంది గ్రామవాలంటీర్లలో దాదాపు యాభై నాలుగుశాతం మంది మహిళలు ఉన్నారు. వారి సంఖ్య దాదాపు 1,30,718 మంది. ఇలాంటి నేపథ్యంలో చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు మాట్లాడిన మాటలను ప్రస్తావిస్తే.. వాటి తీరేమిటో అర్థం చేసుకోవచ్చు. గ్రామ వాలంటరీ వ్యవస్థను అవమానించడమే కాకుండా, వారికి రంకులు అంటగడుతూ తన మనస్తత్వం ఏమిటో కూడా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు చాటుకుంటున్నారని పరిశీలకులు వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తున్నారు.
