I-140 doubt ????

old employer tho 1-140 approve ayeindhi ...he withdraw-ed it after 9 months.

new employer did not start the green process yet....

do I need to get it started??  entha time difference undavachu malli next employer start chaiyandaniki?

 

I mean  dates current ayyeka chesthe charipothundha??? or else (1-140/ green card process) should be be active all the time?

I140 approve aina 6-months tarvatha employer change aithe they cannot revoke annaru ga ??

if u want further h1 extensions beyond 6-yrs, atleast perm clear avvali to be eligible for 1-yr extn, i140 approve aithr u are eligible for 3yr extn

You can use your I-140 forever as your previous employer did not withdraw it within 180 days

Wrong you don’t need a new perm or i140 for h1 extensions

you need green card process only when it becomes current. Right now with your approved I140 you can get N number of extensions till it becomes current. 

Old employer withdrawing I140 impacts nothing..

appudu varuku ..... I will just leave it like that....I can get extensions on same I-140 number after 6 yrs of initial h1b period ... I am right boss?

RIGHT. dates deggara ostunai anukunte start chesko since perm + 140 now a days taking around 2yrs time kabatii

avuna. nice to know . How do we know whether previous employer withdraw approved I-140 ?   Checking the USCIS case status with  number ?
