Join new employer with old employer i140 . Old employer withdraws it.

Malli old employer tho join avuthe, will he have to do the labor and perm again? Or just I 140 chesthe chaala?

Petition withdraw ane concept leduga...after Obama babai's rule in 2015. Did you check the status of ur 140 receipt number in USCIS website?

in anycase, labor certifications that are less than 6 months old can only be used for filing new I-140. Chesthe process motham first nunchi cheyyali...but I-140 once approved cannot be withdrawn by employer after 6 months of approval. USCIS can withdraw the petition anytime for fraud, misrepresentation or company closure.

ThanksBhayya but I read employer can withdraw but not revoke. Withdrawn case lo wanted to know if we can use old perm and labor.

only 140 chesthe chalu, Perm 10 years varaku valid untadhi okasari approve aithe.. i did the same last year... went back to old employer and reapplied 140

So appudu I 140 premium lo pettesthe when rejoining I should be good kada bhayya even if the old employer withdraws now
