I read they they had put a lengthy disclaimer at the beginning of the film. They took cinematic liberties to make Narasimha Reddy a larger than life character.

Then Lagaan kooda falthu movie loke ostundha? in the film its mentioned the film' story is set in 1893 and at the end, the amitabh voice-over saying that Bhuvan's story get lost in the pages of history ,  even the tagline says once upon a time in india. but andhulo 1% kooda real kaadhu. They have got inspired from a story when indian football team defeated british first time with barefooted.

India didnt get independence over night , many many small events , unknown heroes efforts over the time  made them believe they can fight against british. so i call narasimha reddy also gave belief to many people we can fight agaisnt british so i call him freedom fighter too.

okarni degrade cheyakunda , unknown heroes gurinchi telisela chesthu , valla commercial benefits kosam movie ni maarchina kooda i dont think its a big problem as long as audience enjoy it and gives everyone some patriotic feeling. Real narasimhareddy story teesthe oka 30mins YT documentary chaalu but reach will be limited.

so we should encourage these kind of movies so that at least we try to know real stories of these unknown heroes.
