He is in office since 1997 and many times Dems lead both house and senate. What he has been doing since then not to fix? These speeches to get campaign funding or to get attention of his voter base. Nothing more!!

Should send back H1Bs after 6 years. They should plan everything for 6 years and go back to India. 

If the companies pay $150000-200000/year for the last two years at least then they should be able to apply Greencard or else send the low skilled workers back.

I think his stand was understood incorrectly. He want to basically increase the 140,000 limit but that is not something that will have approval from both parties and president
