But vaadu ippudu chesindi, vadi meedha pettina cases are all bailable offences for which he can take his lawyer and get bail at Magistrate's house be it sunday or even midnight anyday. If its an offence like IPC 301 (murder), then magistrate can't grant bail without trial in regular court. Quote
