cloud Posted October 7, 2019 Report Posted October 7, 2019 oka new home chusa .. it has master and study down stairs and a master bath and powdr bath down stairs .. kinda 2 bed rooms lekapothae will that hurt resale value . maa parents are in 50's so its not a problem for us when they visit .. 50k difference vastundi for the home which has 2 beds down stairs with only 1 master down .. Please let me know ur thoughts Quote

President Posted October 8, 2019 Report Posted October 8, 2019 Don’t take is my suggestion .. it’s called ranch home and buyers will be usually old people who can’t climb stairs ... also when you use master in downstairs and you hardly go upstairs and use those rooms ... resale will not be great ... also such community will have old jantha and so you will not have young families and/or kids for company ..
