H-nalugu EAD receipt raaledu

hi folks, 

we have applied for H-nalugu ead along with H-okati extension, H-nalugu extension in premium processing in september.

H-okati extension approved, H-nalugu biometrics over, but H-nalugu EAD reciept number inka raaledu.  did anyone experienced this , how long it is taking these days to get receipt number ??

please shed some light or options

i think bio for h4 visa not for H4 EAD .... two parts/subjects are different h4 ext and h4 ead respectiely

thanks bro's. i will try to call them but what should we tell them like only first name and last name ?
