Even we also do that - do we judge africans based on some african doctor or billionaire we met ? do we judge pakistani by succesful silicon valley pakistani entrepreneus. As long as we are part of india the benchmark of india will be mumbai slums (where 60 percent of mumbaikars live i think) or unbeleivably dirty ghats of varanasi.
