Work location -remote, with occasional travel to HQ in LA.

home- Central Valley near to Fresno, CA

Status -GC

education -MBA in HR, planning to do PHD in HR 

Age -29

Please let me know if I am in right position in my career growth? does my salary looks too small/low compared to what others make at my age? Any scope for improvements, needed for professional growth ?

stop comparing salaries man , it does not end well

career growth ki one simple rule , if you don't like job then change

Trying for new jobs (the ones you like) will itself be a learning experience , you will know what it takes to land that job and you can then decide to invest your time into learning those skills
