As sad as it might be to lose life, these unions are just black-mailing at this point.

Jagan with similar moves is turning AP into another Venezuela. KCR is not biting the same bullets.

But opposition can easily point to some other scheme or expense where TRS govt wasting money and not being efficient causing losses. 

That will eventually give bad name to government.  Since RTC is being tied to so many jobs and people's sentiment and daily needs.  I would prefer Dora do that battle some where else.
