For Bosch - 1/5 Star First of all not sure why this model is not there in Bosch site. No proper answer from Bosch customer care. No common sense of Bosch India 1.Power cable is too short, 99% people buying this machine would need to get one extension card (15A) which will be close to Rs.650 2.Inlet pipe is too small, I used my old Samsung washing machine's one. People buying first washing machine defiantly required to buy one from the Bosch engineer, I can not even imagine the cost of that as the washing machine dust proof cover they say Rs.800.. inlet pipe cost for your imagination. I saw this concern in many reviews, seems Bosch doesn't care. 3. The touch panel is very sensitive and most of the time malfunctioning. 4. Bosch engineer who came for installation said that this is a new model and no sound will come when its spin, Believe me its nosier than my 5 year old Samsung washing machine. 5. Bosch engineer is insisted to buy extended warranty (Rs - 5000 for 2 years) which I refused, threatened that there will be a board problem surely after the default warranty period (2 years) and this particular model has 3 boards and chances are more. Overall disappointed with Bosch machine. They can not stand near by Samsung/LG. Quote
