The Nyuntam Aay Yojana (NYAY) is a proposed social welfare program of Indian National Congress in its 2019 general election manifesto.It promises that the Congress party, if voted to power, will enact a law under which it will distribute cash to 20 percent of India's poorest families as a minimum guarantee programme. These households will each receive up to ₹72,000 (US$1,000) a year, a program the Congress states will benefit 250 million people in India.The welfare program will include a mechanism clarification needed by which the government officials will determine the income of each household, and for those the officials determine that the average household income is less than ₹12,000 (US$170) per month, the Congress promises to distribute cash to bring the monthly household income to ₹12,000 (US$170) per month.

  Anson Kalavarayil Dilip Ganatra it is Nobel Prize and not ‘Philip kotler prize for marketing’. He is not a critic of India but a critic of the foolish economic policies of the current government.
