Speeding ticket in Texas school zone

Driving at 42 when there is 20 mph speed limit (according to cop’s radar. How do I defend myself at the court ? Any ideas plz...

Get a lawyer. He will claim that the speedometer is faulty.

BTW when the speedometer is faulty, it will show lower speed than the actual speed and this is the point lawyers will always come up with.

3-5miles variation undochu...but faulty 20mph difference chupinchadu..

Maa colleague has an old truck. Max speed it shows is 30 even while going at 55 mph on a local HWY 😀

Aadu aapinappude adugutadu ga , u r driving so fast etc. Edho emergency ayitey appude cop ki cheptav ga . Request tappa defend Ami ledhu . School zone is worse one to avoid .

there is one clause in KS 

I am not sure whether if it is in TX.

as per rules they have reset  radar after every shift and  get it recalbirated after every 6 months 

so u can request the  radar details all the reset have to be updated in a logbook

 if it is not done u can  get away with the ticket
