The UK's prime minister confirmed that a "great new deal that takes back control" has been reached with the European Union. The president of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, says that this deal is a "fair and balanced agreement". The deal will need approval from the British parliament and Johnson's Democratic Unionist Party supporters.
