2nd job cheyali ante 1st job complete ga nee control lo undali, like work, meetings etc. 

As you mentioned only friday work from home aithe migatha 4 days manage cheyadam kashtam.

You can do one thing, if you can connect your 2nd laptop through 1st laptop through team viewer, zoom etc then you can easily do your 2nd job. You have to buy screen privacy filter for both phone and laptop.

Always setup your  1st client meetings at your convenience. Office ki early ga raavali, lunch time different time lo teesukovali. Evening and nights 1st job work antha finish chesi next day 2nd job lo free time chusi delivery cheyali. 

Basically you have to do time management. There are lot of other things you have to manage. Let me know if you need more details.
