An Extinction Rebellion protester climbed the scaffolding on Elizabeth Tower which houses the iconic landmark. Ben Atkinson was dressed as Boris Johnson and spent almost three hours on the scaffolding. The Metropolitan Police has confirmed that the protester was arrested on Friday evening.
