 275 plus service fee plus return courier charges around 325 ki cc payment or cashier check or money order 

paivi anni originals unnatu notary - this form is available in ckgs website

 minor kabati parent authorization form with notary -  this form is available in their website

application fill chei both ckgs and govt of ind

duration - 60days for oci card

For kids below 5 yrs - visa is sufficient. OCI not required
