It doesnt matter if it wise or not. First we have to think about our existence. Thindadaniki thindi ledu kaani meesaniki sampenga noone annattu vundi... 

We should do our part. ROW does its part too. Eventually, legislatures would think about it and may increase the quota too, if they think it is viable solution. 

My point here is, try for your existence, its not your job to think about ROW/USC/GC holders.
