The contractors (food) could have charged money to govt in the name of Chinna Babu. I think in this scenario above both things played a part. There should be a better audit to control wrong invoices from the contractors. But, there could be an issue if the political leaders employee their friends as contractors. Quote

We all know media is biased. For me there is no difference between Sakshit Vs CBN channels... They took political sides. Atleast Sakshit puts YSR photo to tell the viewers that they are biased. ABN RK gadu matram Pathith kaburs chepthadu... Anyway, my point was, Sakshit might have using the contractor invoice/charge data against Chinna Babu instead of contractor himself.
