Visa on Passport in you case No problem .... Make sure you have your new aprroved I797.....

Thats the best thing to do.... dont the reason why TS wants to come back .... dont know the situation kada... 

Ideal would be .... Approved I797 vunte go for stamping and come,..

1. Stamp e date varaku undi PP lo

2. Recent Extension e date varaku approved?

recent ga extension ochina date varaku nee i-94 untadi as long as u r within the country. If u go to india and come back with old visa stamp then at POE officer gives i-94 only till that stamp date i guess. I am not sure whether officer gives you i-94 date based on ur extension i-797A. Also POE daggara iche i-94 numbers kotha number untadi. Best thing is attend stamping interview based on new extended i-797A

Technically yes. But depends on the officer.

One of my colleagues entered US a day prior to his visa expiry.

 

I think he just told that the company is working on filing his extension
