How many days it is taking to get finger print dates for H4 dependents. H4 EAD will be approved only after H4 aproval or it can approve along with H1B approval. Any process for quick approvals of H4 and H4 EAD, I heard some saying that, if we go for stamping to india after H1B extension, H4 and H4 EAD approvals are not taking too long? Is that true. Quote

Consider 6 months after finger prints... i applied h1 premium in march., got approved in 15 days but.. received approved h4 for dependents yesterday h4 ead kooda apply chesam ...didnt get any update regarding that.. Is that true. get a letter from you local MP in india and submit that to your local congressman to be submitted to US Senate, it will be approved in no time Quote

H-4EADs are not eligible to work with receipt. Mostly these days 2weeks -1minth+ gap is coming to get approval after expiry. Quote
