DaleSteyn1 Posted October 31, 2019 Author Report Posted October 31, 2019 according to Flag Code of India, 2002 & the Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971 It clearly says that the flag must never touch the ground, water or be used as a drapery in any form. Same code says Tri colour should not be painted on the walls/buildings 1 Quote
