Insurance for getting refund on air tickets

India veldam ankuntunnanu but na passport extension processing lo undi. Vachedaka wait chesi tickets konte baga expensive ayyela undi. So planning on getting tickets and cancel in case passport rakapothe. Edaina insurance teskovacha so that if I cancel my tickets refund vachela?

Nuv cancel seskunte Insurance does not cover it...bokka padthadhi...u need to show proper reason n documents...check what it covers and what cases first

Emirates lo koncham costly di book cheskunte...Economy lo ne..

u can get full refund...even if cancelled...

insurance kone badalu..that one is good and safe option.

150-300$ untadi price differece

Refund option unna tickets konukko man , cancellation so and so date varaku ok untundi , aa details choosuko , oka 100$ ekkuva aina better

Travel insurance will cover but I'm not sure whether it will cover intentional cancellation

Some credit cards have travel insurance as benefit, If your trip is cancelled due to some medical reasons they will full refund.

I have used this benefit to get refund of my change fee.

buy flight ticket directly from airline website.....travel agents / 3rd party websites nundi koni, if you want to modify your itinerary, then these agencies charge extra on top of airline fees. Ade airline tho konte, they just charge their fee alone.

There are couple websites (i think exploretrip) who offer insurance if you want to modify your ticket...i think the fee is $50 - $100. According to their website, they wont charge any fee (including airline fee as well)...you just have to pay fare difference if any. but please call them and find out exact details and terms of condition etc
