25L lo 10% Variable component(2.5L) paid at the end of the financial year based on appraisal ratings. I believe if i get 100% of my variable pay, TDS on that would be around 70K.

Out of the 22.5L fixed pay, i get monthly 1.46 L monthly plus 10K into PF accumulation. Rest is Income tax.

1.46 ante kastamey kadha bhayya ikkada aithey 2 weeks ki 2.5 lacs vasthai so easy ga per month 2 lacs save cheyyachu. neku vache 1.4 lo anni karchulu ponu oka 40 migilina 2 lacs save avvalante 5 months padtundi ante ikkada 1 yr job = india lo 5 yrs job. Is my assumption right?

These companies are saving millions moving to India and bypassing vendor system.

There are gonna of embedded engineers in hyderbad but problem is we don't have competetive developers to accommodate them.

1.5L monthly salary credit ayyevadu evvaru 1L karchupettaru bro. It depends.

US lo H1 meedha 6 months unna bro,  last 2 years everyday morning start ayyedhi dina dina gandam feeling. Firm decision thesukuni vachesina, it was a very very hard decision.

Single income plus infant kid unde 5th year lo, appudu nene immigration/extensions issues tho thantalu paduthunde, inka wife ku kothaga h1 file chesi, double income expectation oka pedha war anipinchindhi, single income tho akkada 2.5 L saving kastam bro, at least for me living with family including a kid. So India moving better for now anipinchindhi.

But here bindaas life in Hyd. GC undi unte or near future at least in 4  or  5 years lo vachedi unte hopes tho immigration/extension/job changes tho fight chesthu akkade bathukutunde. Naa priority date ku GC ravatam ante 🙄.

May be you are right nenu FTE kabatti aa mindset tho alochinchi cheppa contractor ga unnappudu I remember those struggles.
