if you can negotiate, please do.It is just outside Washington DC, next to Bethesda. Bethesda has little high cost of living, and is great place. Because once you join any company, salary increment will not meet your expectations and you will be disappointed unless you get promotion. So get whatever you can before you join.

Yep $140k good salary aa area infact great salary. Rents are anywhere between 1700 -2200 for 2bhk.

Very good pay and good school district.. you will be open to both DC and Baltimore markets for future employments... house rates are expensive but that’s kind of common in NOrthern Virginia and Montgomery county MD...
