If you exercise, you get endorphins and that's good. But if you cut yourself with a blade, you get both endorphins as well as a burst of adrenaline. That's why if you cut yourself a few times, it becomes addictive and you can't stop yourself from doing this. Quote

I was of the opinion that it was just drama queens trying to show off their pain. Good to know. Quote

It has similar after effects as substance abuse, and is difficult to stop once you start it. Quote

OTC medicines edo vadutunna.. kaani no effect .. this is depressing I am to hear about you brother . Here are the options I tried for my case and they helped me a lot . If you have any questions or need help , PM me with your phone number and I will provide more details on all these programs 1) Heart fullness meditation - This is totally free and it is community driven . It has millions of followers even our president follows it . You can find your local guru from here and they can teach you how to do it .https://heartspots.heartfulness.org/ 2) Art Of Living ( Sudharshana Kriya ) :- This is definitely useful , If you are in India definitely you try this one . But in USA it is bit expensive . Don't get into their Guru Bakthi and all those things . Just learn Sudharshana Kriya and Practice it , You will be amazed . Later the next level is Silence program . But again in India it is very cheap , in USA very expensive . ( Thousand rs in India and in USA 600$ ) 3) Vipasana meditation - This is also Free , They in fact bear all your expenses for food and accommodation , In the end you donate if you want . This is 10 days very strict program and you will not have or no talks with fellow mediators . Bit painful but useful . 4) Sadugu Inner engineering - The concepts what he explains are worth and then the Shabhavi Mahamudra . This is also less expensive in India , but expensive in USA 5) Medicines - 1) Yes , Ashawagandha is useful , It takes around 50 to 90 days to start working . I don't know how you are taking , But with Milk very effective 2) Kerala Massage ( takra dhara ) for freeing your nervous tension ( now there are good hospitals in Andhra also for Kerala related ) 6) Try Iyangar breathing and here it is https://youtu.be/GD37MGMJdyg?t=4720 ( starts at 1 hours 18 minutes ) 7) Yoga nidra - In youtube you can try Pattabhiram gaaridi Good luck my friend and god bless you 1 2 Quote
