Rejections can happen in any company. One problem with these big firms is that they don’t reapply h1b once rejected. they will just simply tell to move to India location and become an employee there, which is a bummer. But small firms that have no IT offices in India will reapply until h1 is approved. 
So, until trump is gone and uscis is back to original, stick with firm where you are valued and leadership will do anything to get you back to US location.

It may fluctate slightly but overall rate of denials has increased compared to previous yrs
