neeku antha boring unte, neeku nuvve entertaining ga chesukovali life ni..

nee GF ni or nee wife ni differen different dresses esukoni mee daampathya jeevithanni sukamayam chesukondi..

okaroju silk saree lo yama tempting ga kanapadamanu,, choosthe pisiki dobbali anipicnhela.. nvvu office nundi epuudu eppudu intiki veldama ani undali..

inkorju - tight tshirt and short pants esukoni, fancy braas esukoni atla ready avvamanu..

ila cheppu kontu pothe chala rakalu ga life ni entertain chesukovachu...

Dude trust me, I have been there done that. Poddinne lesi meditate chey, so many apps unnayi. work out chey, endorphins release authayi body nunchi, then plan your day what you want to do. Evening nee close friends/family tho matladu daily. You will see a lot of change in just 2 weeks. It helped me get over depression and loneliness.

Check your vitamin D and magnesium levels

work out if you can and meditate
