They should make Renewal process easy instead of asking too many documents and uploading size requirement and all other painful steps. They should just take renewed passport details and current address info. There is no point asking all items again which were submitted first time.

renewal process is actually pretty easy and straight forward...very simple. 

and you will be asked for few documents which is a must and if you familiarize these procedures and why the need for such documents, the process is actually much simple and easy. Anni kurchunna kadiki aipovali ante etla vaa...

If you have renewed a passport here in the last 2-3 years then you would have not made such a comment..
