House Sublease to turkey

My house one turkey guy intrested to semi official sublease. Is this ok or do u see any issue with those guys? He said he is with family.

Lease main holder nene but he is joining as roomate which I will not be there.

its calculated risk .. go with your gut..but take enough deposit...if u doesn't pay you monthly how are you going to deal with it.....

do you earn $ by sub leasing? edo part time income laga undi needhi...wonder why do you have to move 2-3 times a year....always post thread on lease/new apt/old apt...
