crashnburn
looks like the 'merit' private sector is too chicken to compete even on asian stage. after months of Modi govt hyping this free trade agreement, Modi chickens out because nobody respects him enough to give the deal that will be beneficial to India. Modi - the worst PM India ever had.

India is isolating itself from the world, thanks to its clueless pm, and dumb chamchas.

prasadr
Another false thread by the local inbred idiot. First of all, India was never in RCEP to pull out. In fact RCEP has not yet been fully operational. So, the inbred DumbAss needs to explain how you can pull out of something you have never been in. Second, India does not have good supply chain. And unions play a huge part in this. Unless the unions are on board, there is little a govt can do on this. This is the reason why I support KCR in his stance against the RTC employees. He is screwing the union. Now imagine hundreds of trade unions all over India and the impact these outdated morons are having on our supply chain. Third, we are still very reliant on Agriculture. If we are part of RCEP, agri products from Australia and NZ are going swamp us and put us out of business. First to take a hit would be the milk industry. Fourth, we can't skip the move from Agri -> Industries and jump straight to Agri -> Services. Not going happen. So, right now, this is the appropriate move. Yes, we won't get access to better products at cheaper prices But then, if we make this move, we will have products but people won't have money to buy any of them.
