Every movie director will have 5 to 10 writers and 100s of stories at their disposal. There is only a 1% chance that you will get a break. Best way for you to enter the movie industry if you are really interested is to gather/borrow some money and make a movie like Sandeep Reddy Vanga or Tharun Bhasker Dhasyam. Now a days, no one go with the stories. Its all about the screen play , dialogues,music ,bgm and production values . 

Konni Directors daggare konni vandhala kadhalu unnayi , but all you need is you have to convience the produce to invest money on your story.

You need a producer not a director
