h4 and H4 ead during h1 transfer

Kotta employer has started H1 transfer process and is asking whether  my  wife needs a H4/EAD extension with it.. H1 transfer appudu he will ask for 3 years and my current  h1 expires next year.  so its like transfer cum extension. eppudu H4 extension chepinchadam better antara .. also H4 EAD kuda cheyachha .. any advise pls.

I think it is not mandatory but better to do all together, same dates ostadi kada for h4 and ead

H4 ead Extension is not eligible . One year is too early .

As far as I know - 

You can only renew 6 months prior. you will get extension only for h4

current H1 , H4 both are valid till 2 yrs, H1 transfer avuthunna  , employer gadu H4 transfer avasaram ledu antunadu  , em avadaaa....

 

is it mandatory to file H4 along with h1 transfer ?

Not mandatory. I am not filing my wifes h4 extension .

what will happen during next extension ? h1 and h4 separate ga chestava ? will employer do only h4 at that time

My wife has plans to visit India prior to that . She will go to stamping based on my new h1 petition

appudu only i94 will be extended kada ? h4 doc will still have old dates ?

There is such h4 doc. Only i94 is enough for h4.
