at least matter will not be sub judice anymore so external people or governments can interfere and arrive at a compromise..

But waiting to see the judgement Kaka ( favour or not secondary). Allahabad high court judgemt ki deeniki Ami difference vuntundo . CJI is a very smart candidate as well
