Or change in diet is also needed ?? for positive result. just cut down what you eat daily ..... lets say you eat rice from last 20-30 yr ..... cut that down to 2 days a week and rest 5 days eat oats,grains, etc ..... the above along with excercise with remove all toxins from body ..... BTW, No Soda, No Coffee, No Sugar, No Alcohol and No Smoking is very important 1 Quote

No need to be doing it daily bro one day can be given off for your body to relax a bit...5 Days is enough just keep diet in check on the days you don't exercise.
